Those with actual gender dysphoria, sometimes called ‘transsexuals’, a genuine condition. They recognise that to say somebody is a woman simply by identifying as one not only erases women, it also erases transsexuals. Their entire struggle is to want to be a woman/man, not to allow everybody to simply identify as one. If it was that simple they’d have already done it, years ago. They know sex is real.
