The only public or even private buildings where this would be allowed. Also the breeding ground for most disease in the community. If schools had the same basic HVAC as all other major public and private buildings, Covid would more or less disappear from our communities. As would most flu, colds and other airborne diseases. Why is nothing done? Because like I always post about, societies run on status. Schools are low status. Kids are low status. Teachers are low status. So nobody gives a shit.
