The same people saying ‘AI doesn’t think!’ also now say ‘it’s making us all dumber!’ Nobody ever knew what thinking is. But if they live in socials land, they’re sure it’s the opposite of whatever AI is doing. The opposite of what AI is doing, is social media. People mindlessly copying each other, to fight for social status. It’s ‘tribal’, as Derek says.
