Hoping they do use average speed cameras for cars and bikes at some point. There's something unhealthy about a law that's barely observed, as a motorist there are days you feel like you're the only person on the road paying any attention to speed limits. But these cameras aren't just about speed either, they're something very different, they can have enormous positive impacts on driving.
