Early Council meeting today, probably another fight. One of the most frustrating things about kidult culture is its general attitude of ‘chill’, of ‘have fun’. Until doing that for years and taking no responsibility for anything leads to things falling apart. Then it’s a pile-on, all the public institutions the kidults blissfully ignore while living their fun lives, spending like old French kings on travel and dining out and gigs, are suddenly evil, because they interrupt their fun lives, trying to fix a society on its knees.
