We should be much more worried about the media companies politicians like than the ones they don't like. They all hate the ABC. I think that tells us something.
Gotta feel sorry for England in the cricket. Said nobody ever.
Bon Jovi. Spinal Tap without the irony.
To save the time and effort in reading News Limited papers and understanding the new Coalition's media policy. It's all in one tweet from Master Rupert, who's shifted his campaign from the UK to here. https://mobile.twitter.com/rupertmurdoch/status/386996593477840897
Hmm, Wet 'n' Wild looked the goods until I checked the prices. $250 for a family of 4, just to get in. Then parking is extra. Then some rides are pay-per-ride, not covered by entrance fees. Then you can pay an extra $50 to get a fast-track to the beginning of queues (!! - that one alone is extortion, you wonder if it could even be legal).
This is the clown who presided over the biggest spending (and taxing) spree in Australian history. Don't believe the Terrorgraph trying to soften people up for the Coalition having no answers to how to fix a budget, it was their measures in cutting taxes and increasing handouts which bankrupted us. http://www.dailytelegraph.com.au/news/opinion/the-labor-partys-debt-timebomb/story-fni0cwl5-1226773695884
Think I'm missing something here. This was in the press this week, and of course it gets lots of "social media is the apocalypse" support. But seems to me that the only way this might happen is if: 1) you have your privacy settings set to "please come and watch me take a shower", in which case change the settings, or 2) one of your friends on FB is a thief. http://www.smh.com.au/technology/technology-news/the-problem-with-oversharing-why-burglars-like-you-using-facebook-20120609-2030x.html
